Our organization is a real estate investment and income partnership formed by the collaboration of Klaros İnşaat, which is an expert in real estate investment and development in Kuşadası district, and businessmen in our district.

Our aim is to develop and realize real estate projects that will change the face of our district without damaging its natural structure and will serve the people of Kuşadası for years.

Kuşadası AVYM is an unusual shopping center with attraction centers thanks to its various social facilities. With its open-air shopping mall concept, amphitheater, Aegean & Mediterranean architecture, landscaping, children’s playgrounds, social and cultural activities, it will be not just a shopping mall but a shopping and living center (AVYM).

The construction of the AVYM, which has a closed leasable store area of 24,700 m², built on 80 decares, started in December 2012 and was completed in June 2014.
